FLAUNT Community Guidelines

Effective 21 October 2026 · Version 1.0

FLAUNT is a place to show your lifts and see other people's. These guidelines keep it that way. They apply to everything you post or send: clips, captions, comments, bios and usernames. They form part of the Terms of Service.

The rules, with examples

No nudity or sexual content. Gym clothing is fine: shorts, sports bras, shirtless lifting. Posing to show your body rather than a lift, sexual gestures or captions, and any nudity are not.

No violence or self-harm. Fail videos where the bar comes down safely are fine. Content that shows injury for its own sake, encourages dangerous attempts, or shows or promotes self-harm is not.

No harassment or body-shaming. "Your lockout looked solid" and "try a wider stance" are fine. Comments about someone's weight, shape or appearance, mockery, threats, slurs, piling on, and following someone around the app to keep commenting are not. If someone asks you to stop, stop.

No content involving under-16s. Anyone in a clip must be 16 or over. This rule has no exceptions and reports under it are handled first.

No spam or scams. Posting your lift once is fine. Posting it ten times, selling anything, promoting coaching services, supplements or other apps, or asking people to message you elsewhere is not.

No links. Comments and captions cannot contain web addresses. The app removes them.

Nothing that belongs to someone else. Post your own lifts. Do not post other people's clips without their permission, use their likeness, or pass off their work as yours.

Nothing illegal. If it would be illegal where you are, do not post it.

What happens when something is reported

Every post, comment and profile has a Report button. Reports are anonymous to the person reported.

What we can do

Depending on what we find: dismiss the report; hide or delete the content; send you a warning; pause your ability to post, comment or use Form Check for 7 or 30 days; suspend your account for 7 or 30 days; or close your account permanently. Creating a new account to get around a restriction leads to a permanent closure.

How to appeal

If you think we got it wrong, email biz@flaunt.ae with your username and what was removed. We reply within 5 business days and tell you the outcome. See the Takedown and Appeals Process for details.

Looking after yourself

You can block anyone (neither of you will see the other anywhere in FLAUNT), mute anyone (you stop seeing them; they are not told), hide comments containing words you choose, and hide like counts across the app. All of these are in Settings.
