Form Check Notice
This notice is shown in the app before the first Form Check, with a single button, "Got it". The acknowledgement is stored on the phone and carried to the account on join. The same text appears in the Privacy Policy, section 1.3. It replaces the in-app notice that exists today.

Before you check your form
Form Check sends a few still frames from your clip, not the video, to an AI service, along with the lift you choose. It gives you observations: what went well and up to two things to try. It is not coaching or medical advice, and it never tells you how much to lift.
We keep only the result and a fingerprint of the clip, so re-checking the same clip is free. The frames are not kept.

Where it applies
The notice is shown once per phone before the first Form Check, whether or not the user has an account. The result-sheet disclaimer appears on every result, including partial results and declines, and cannot be hidden.
