FLAUNT Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the FLAUNT app and the FLAUNT community. FLAUNT is operated by Flaunt Technologies L.L.C-FZ ("FLAUNT", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licence number 2654245.01, with its registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using FLAUNT you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use FLAUNT.
1. Who can use FLAUNT
You can film, soundtrack and export clips with FLAUNT without an account.
The FLAUNT community (posting, following, liking, commenting, saving and Form Check sharing) is for people aged 16 and over. Age is self-declared by date of birth when you join. If you tell us you are under 16, no account is created and nothing you entered is stored. If we later learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we close it.
You are responsible for keeping your phone secure. An account without a recovery email cannot be restored if the phone is lost or the app is deleted; we tell you this when you join.
2. Your account
Accounts are created without an email or password. We assign a random username, which you may change in your profile, subject to our username rules (no profanity, no impersonation, no reserved terms, one change every 30 days). You may add a recovery email; we use it only to restore your account and never show it to anyone.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion removes your profile, posts, comments, likes, follows, saves and Form Check results within 24 hours. Clips stored on your phone are yours and are not affected.
3. Your content and the licence you give us
You own the clips, captions and comments you post. By posting to the FLAUNT community you grant FLAUNT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, stream and reproduce that content within FLAUNT for as long as it remains posted, so that FLAUNT can show it to other users.
Featuring on FLAUNT's own channels. FLAUNT may post your clip on FLAUNT's own social media accounts only if you ticked "Let FLAUNT feature this clip" when you posted it. That consent is given per clip, is never pre-ticked, is not offered to users under 18, and excludes paid advertising. If FLAUNT wants to use a clip in paid advertising, we will ask you separately.
Withdrawal. You withdraw featuring consent by deleting the post. Within 7 days of deletion we remove the clip from FLAUNT's own channels. We cannot remove copies that other people have already shared elsewhere, and you accept that limitation.
Music. Soundtracks in FLAUNT are licensed to FLAUNT for use inside clips made with the app. You may post FLAUNT exports to other platforms. You may not extract, distribute or sell the music on its own.
4. What you may not post
You may not post or send content that:
- shows nudity or sexual content;
- shows or promotes violence or self-harm;
- harasses, bullies or body-shames anyone;
- involves anyone under 16;
- is spam, a scam, or advertising;
- contains links;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or likeness;
- is illegal where you are or where FLAUNT operates.

5. How moderation works
FLAUNT filters uploads automatically and reviews what users report. Every post, comment and profile carries a Report button. Anyone can block or mute any other user; a block hides both users from each other everywhere in FLAUNT.
Content reported three times by three different accounts is hidden while we review it. Content reported as involving someone under 16 is hidden on the first report and preserved. We act on every report within 24 hours of receiving it.
Depending on what we find, we may: dismiss the report; hide or delete the content; warn you; restrict your ability to post, comment or use Form Check for 7 or 30 days; suspend your account for 7 or 30 days; or close your account permanently. Where the law requires it, we preserve content and report it to the relevant authorities.
6. Form Check
Form Check is an automated observation generated from a few frames of your clip. It is not coaching, not medical advice, and not a substitute for a qualified trainer or clinician. It describes what it can see and offers at most two technique cues. It never tells you how much to lift or how many repetitions to do. If anything hurts, stop. You use Form Check at your own risk and remain responsible for how you train.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use FLAUNT in a way that breaks the law; attempt to access other users' private data, accounts or Clips; interfere with FLAUNT's operation or security; create accounts to evade a restriction, suspension or ban; or use automated tools to post, like, follow or scrape.
8. Our rights
We may change, suspend or stop any part of FLAUNT at any time. We may remove content and close accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms; if the change is material, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use FLAUNT after that date means you accept the new terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
FLAUNT is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content on it is accurate. To the fullest extent the law allows, FLAUNT is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any injury arising from your training, from Form Check observations, or from content posted by other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, except that if you are a consumer living elsewhere you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring claims in your own country.
